SHIPPING&DELIVERY
ORDER PROCESSING:
We strive to ensure swift delivery of your items. Please ensure accurate selection of model and color during ordering as modifications or cancellations cannot be accommodated once the order is processed and in the system.
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days and shipped the following day.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in China. During holidays and peak seasons, please anticipate additional processing time.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION:
Upon shipment, a confirmation email containing tracking details will be sent to you. Shipping charges are contingent on package weight and destination. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes for international orders.
TRACKING
As the recipient, it is your sole responsibility to track your order and provide any necessary requirements to customs or the courier. Otherwise, if the order is marked as "return to sender" or if delivery fails due to the recipient's inability to follow up or provide necessary requirements or notifications to the courier, we will be unable to process any refunds or replacements free of charge, and you may need to place the order again.
DELIVERY
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, potentially causing delays in the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered by either the local post office or a local courier. In most cases, orders will be delivered by your local postal service, so the package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, a notice card may be left by the postal service indicating how and where to collect your delivery.
TAXES & DUTIES
Upon arrival at the destination country, your package may be subject to import taxes, duties, and related customs fees. These charges are determined by the customs office of the destination country.
The responsibility for payment of these charges and taxes lies with the recipient. Locust Skinnational E-commerce Limited Company is not responsible for covering these costs. For further details regarding fees, please contact your local customs office.
CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS
It is your responsibility to check the postal regulations in your local area to understand restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items not accepted by specific countries.
FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES
If your credit card account is in a currency other than US Dollars, you may incur charges at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subject to foreign currency transaction fees, determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. Our store prices are displayed in your local currency but will be shown in USD at checkout. All transactions will be processed in USD through PayPal or Stripe on the checkout page.
CANCELLATION/CHANGES
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly! Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Please note that once orders have been packed or shipped, they cannot be canceled.
